Rory MacDonald and JZ Cavalcante got a light roll in at Tristar Gym (Home to GSP) before the weigh ins on Friday... They also worked technique with a few others including Ivan Menjivar who was finishing his camp for WEC this thursday. Denis Kang looks on and gives a few pointers during the session. Nick Ring stops in just in time for a group picture at the end. Overall, the gym was really slow that day because of UFC that weekend.
